Example:
I had one customer who undertook virtually the same tasks every day taken them roughly four to six hours a day. After spending several days with the person responsible for doing these tasks I started to understand what they were doing and why. We came up with a solution that enabled the user to complete there tasks within 30 Minutes leaving them with more time to concentrate on the more important things.
